Moon Keeper Empty
PostSubject: Moon Keeper   Moon Keeper Icon_minitimeThu Apr 14, 2011 9:12 pm

I sat in the corner of a cold room. I could hear the lighting, and the thunder outside. Stone walls closing in on me. No window, or door. I felt my face wet with tears. This place was horrible. Gin, A voice called me out. That was my name! I'm Gin, where is that voice. I was so alone, I could feel cold swell around my choking me. I coughed gagging for air. None entered my lungs.
I sat up in my bed quickly gasping for breath. I sighed, breath entering my lungs. Gin Luna, the voice in my dream lingered calling my name. I flipped the switch revealing a shadow on the floor. It was swirling forming the head of a wolf. I shook. Silver fell in front of my eyes. Just my bangs, I realized. The shadow came to me it's mouth gaping. Snapping shut in front o f my face. I held in a scream as it disappeared. I ran into the bathroom. The large mirror showed a image of a girl with long silver white hair to her waist. Big red-pink eyes glowing from under a shroud of long snow white eyelashes. Bangs falling to the bridge of her nose. Something new tough graced her pale skin. A black crescent moon on the right lower side of her neck. It was about an inch tall. Her pale fingers touched it softly. “Gin Luna, what happened to your neck,” I muttered to herself. Walking to the kitchen I made some waffles. What had just happened. Pulling my legs against her chest. I was wearing a black cotton dress.
I was shaking as I glanced around my room. I looked down. Like normally no shadow. It was around midnight night now. A walk might do me good, I thought. I pulled on a black skirt, navy blue shirt, and a black hoodie. I slipped on my black flats and stepped outside of my small home in the middle of the forest. There was a village nearby I could walk around. I looked into the sky, a clear full moon. That's why my memory was so clear. When the full moon was gone my memories would cloud again, and when I woke up in the morning....I wouldn't remember who I was. I zipped the hoodie up halfway. I looked down to find a normal body of a sixteen-year-old. I was around five feet four inches. I shook my head walking forward.

I was a young child drawing at the table in the living room. “Momma, look at my picture!” I picked up a beautiful drawing of a dragon. It looked like it been done by a professional. My mother gasped. “That's why your albino,” She smiled softly. I raised an eyebrow. “I have no color, because I can draw good?” I asked. “No that's not it...God wanted you to be an artist so he had to add more to your art than other things. So he had to take away something. He decided to put all your color into your art, and that's why you have you beautiful silver hair my little snow flake.”

Footsteps fell behind me. I turned on my heel to find a boy around my age. He was tall with aqua eye, and sandy blonde hair. It was long and shaggy but cut in all the right places to make it look choppy. His hair was pushed off to the right side of his face covering half his eye. He smiled. It was a warm smile. “You shouldn't be out this late,” He said.

“Why should it matter to you,” I growled back anger in my voice. I didn't fancy talking to people much. I glared at him. His smile faded.

“I just wanted to make sure you where okay, I mean you looked like you've seen a ghost. Your shaking all over,” He said. He walked towards me. Stopping a foot away from me.

“Go away, leave me alone, I'm not safe.” I said shaking running away from him. I had school tomorrow I should go home. I ran faster out to the forest, out by the lake towards the dock. Not really wanting to go home but having to. I ran into my bed and plopped down falling asleep. The fear still running trough my body. I awoke to the pale dawn hitting my face. I sighed standing. Everything in order. The only proof of last night was my clothes. I stripped them off heading to my dresser. Pulling out a white under shirt. It was a tight slip tank top that fit against me perfectly. Next came the white blouse. Pulling the black formal jacket with gold buttons over it. A black pleated skirt with a pair of short black shorts. Pulling my black socks to my mid-thighs. I walked to the bathroom brushing my teeth and hair. I swung my briefcase like bag over my shoulder slipping on my black shoes at the door. Why did my school have to have black and gold for out school uniform. I undid the chain to my bike remembering to grab my black ribbon from my bag. Tying my hair with it right behind my bangs. It made my bangs puff up a bit in a cute way. Leaving the rest of my hair flowing freely.
I hopped on the black and red bike. My bag strapped onto the back on the little shelf above the back wheel. I peddled trough the forest towards the city I went to school in. I began to sing a few lines from a favorite song of mine. “She sits in the corner, singing herself to sleep, Wrapped in all of the promises that no one seems to keep.” I peddled faster to get to school. It was soon in site. It was on the edge of town thank god. I parked my bike in the bike rack and slipped on it's chain. The air was cold and thick. It was so hard to breath. I flinched. This wasn't normal. Something must be wrong, I thought grabbing my bag and looking at the sky. No moon, that's why when there's no moon I get weak. I see the moon even during the day no matter what time. I slipped into class taking my spot in the back by the window. Nobody looked at me, cause in the front of the classroom was a new student. That boy...from last night. Oh man.

“This is Ryuku Izumi! He's our new student. Our teacher called. She loved new students they made her excited. I shook my head as he bowed. The teacher pointed him to the seat right in front of me. I let my head hit the desk. The teacher looked at me. She walked over and knelt beside me. “Not feeling well Gin I have some peanut butter crackers you want them, “ She said patting the back of my head. This teacher had become like my mother. The only one who really cared. I nodded finding I was hungry again. She went to her desk and came back with them.
I stuck a cracker half in my mouth half-heartily chewing and barely paying attention. II felt glares burning into my head. “Why is that freak lucky enough to sit behind the new student,” One girl growled.
“She such a fake,” Another growled. I took the half of the cracker hanging form my mouth.
“Its because she sensei's favorite.” I set the cracker on my desk on the wrapper. Standing up and slamming my hands on the desk. I looked at the group of girls.
“If you have something about me to say, than come say it to my face.” I yelled at them giving a death glare. I sat back down. The class stared at me while Sensei smiled. Looking like she might laugh at their shock. I wasn't one to run and hide from others. I hated looking weak. I had always tried my best to be strong. I ate my crackers feeling myself falling into sleep. The day was ending tough as the last bell rang. My feet found themselves to my bike. Than there he was. The new kid standing by my bike.

“Hey there, I remember you. You feeling okay?” He asked while I strapped my bag to the bike. The air still was thick and icy. It was about to rain.

“Yea, I'm fine.” I said looking away from him
