Kinshi walked along the Daltori boreder cheeking out the scents. She was the alpha female. Her body looked like a deer's hopeing she wouldn't be mistaken. Kinshi rubbed her body on tree's to rub off her scent.

A slim grey muzzle poke out from a cave. His travels had been long. Rest. He longed for it. But the scent of wolf drifted down to where he stood. The scent of a female. An Alpha at that. Time to move on. One grey paw step, one black one. Another grey one, another black one. It had been like this for days. He couldn't remember seeing anything live but his feet. Food. He needed food. More than sleep.

Kinshi raised her slim muzzle. Wolf. Not her mate, a intruder. She instictilvly dropped creeping after her. Kinshi's green eyes hardended. She didn't like intruders. Creepign closer and closer. This thing was half starved. She stood up straight and walked faster. THis thing was close to death.

Alpha. Fast approaching. Anger, a danger to me. Ghost stopped, and growled to himself. "Fight. No, run. No fight! Run!" It was at times like these it was terrible to be a demi-god. Especially of one of indecision.

"Are you okay?" Kinshi asked walking up tenderly beside him. "You look hungrey, Do you need clean water." Kinshi asked. Her mothrly instict was pouring out.

Ghost tensed. He just shook his head. "I have to keep moving." At least that was something he could agree on. His stomach growled. He could smell sickness on the wind. Where was it coming from? A bear cub perhaps? That would make a good meal. It was very ill. It would be dead by early tomorrow. He'd have to wait still.

"A sick animal isn't gonna help you much you'l get sick yourself," Kinshi said. "You really should rest, I can count you ribs let mget you a rabbit." Kinshi said about to go catch one.

"How-?" She had read his thoughts! Ghost's nose twitched slightly. He had eaten so many dead carcasses... And he was ill, but not physically as she thought. More mentally. But he shook his head. He could hunt for himself, but he would not take anything during the winter. Nothing at all.

"I'm getting you food weather you like it or not. I Me and my mate have enough. It's only us so we have some to spare," Kinshi said soon comeing back with a fat limp rabbit. She dropped it in front of him. "Eeat," She commaned.

George *Cough I mean* Ghost gave it a sniff. With a pack of dogs after him he could take no chances. The wolf might be an agent. They had no bounds. But his sharp nose detected nothing, so he swallowed the rabbit almost whole. It would keep him going.

Kinshi smiled. "Lay down for a little," Her calm voice was like a warm sun. "What's your name?" she asked.

A snort came from his nose. "I cannot kind one, for the very fiends of Shiron hunt me. May t=lord Yang forbid they ever find me."

"I promise they won't find you this is a pack territory. I don't think there is a dog stupied enough to come here." Kenshi said pawing the snow.

A small smile spread across his face. Ah, she knew nothing. "They will stop at nothing. Now I must go before I cause your pack trouble."

Kinshi shook her head. "THis isn't no ral pack. It's only me and my mate. Nobody else is here, I don't see how you could cuase a pack of two any trouble." Kinshi sighed.

"A pack of two eh? How easy it would be to make you two watch each other die for them. They'd enjoy doing that. Now, I must make haste."

Kenshi watched him. Silently but she would let him leave.
